Hi everyone! Welcome back, Its time for favourites and were going to go over everything I've been loving this month. This month I've included a blend of things from hair & makeup to home décor. So lets just get into it!
As you guys know, I was recently invited to Lush's launch event and I picked up a lot. I did do a haul on everything I bought and then the day after ended up going back for more. Like most girls, I love lush, I love the ingredients, I love the packaging, I love the customer service. When you walk in the store, someone's going to offer you help with in a minute and I'm definitely a person who appreciates that.
1. I was recommended this product and its the 'mask of magnaminty'. Its essentially a mask that is very deep cleansing and you can use it on your body as well, but that's something a haven't done yet. I'll let you know if I ever do! I have been using this mask two times a week and its been keeping my skin really balanced and clean. It just makes my skin feel so soft. The smell is just out of this world, it smells like chocolate chip peppermint and I'm always so tempted to eat it out of the jar. Obviously I haven't done it but the temptation is definitely there!
2. Sticking to the subject of lush, I bought some old favourites and some new favourites. My all time favourite bath bomb is 'So white' and I actually have 5 of these but I absolutely love the apple smell, and the pink colour it turns your bath. I really recommend this product and I just hope it comes back next Christmas.
3. Another Christmas product I got was 'snow angel'. I originally got this bath melt because I thought it was so pretty and it turned out that its also very moisturising on the skin and just makes your bath feel really luxurious.
4.Staying with the theme of Christmas, I recently bought this candle called 'fireside treats' and its the perfect autumn candle. It smells like burning marshmallows by the fire and its so good that I just smell it whenever I walk past.
5. On the more expensive side of candles, I think this was in my last monthly favourites but its the 'Wild mint, peppermint, spearmint and white tea' candle from The White Company. It did cost £30 but I think it was totally worth the hype. This candle just makes you feel nice and relaxed after a long day and that's definitely an essential you should have.
6. Moving on to beauty, I have been loving these two lipsticks from mac and they are 'Modesty' which is like a pink, brown, a lot like kylie Jenner's and then the other one is 'Crème d'nude' which is just a nude, tanned colour. They're both very moisturising and seem to last all day.
7. My 3rd beauty favourite is the body shops 'Absinthe purifying hand cream'. It moisturises really well, conceals odours and just leaves my hands feeling really soft. It smells like mint and Shea butter but I'm not sure if there's actually mint in it but I'll let you know when I find out.
8. Going on to home décor, I have been loving this pillow from asda and its just got this adorable fawn on it wearing a red, Christmas hat. Its really soft and comfy and adds some colour to my room. It also puts me in a Christmassy mood.
9. Last but definitely not least, is this app called 'spotify', where you pay £9.99 a month for unlimited music. I recently bought these 'Philips headphones' and they are so comfy. These two make the perfect combo if you want to listen to music whilst on the train or just in your room. If you guys are interested in what music I listen to then ill link my spotify playlist below.
What products have you been loving this month? Let me know so I can try them and here's my spotify playlist... Lifeinthesefastlanes
