WHAT'S IN MY TRAVEL MAKEUP BAG?

Hi everyone! I was just in the process of packing my beauty products ready for next week, when I thought about doing a 'whats in my travel makeup bag?' post. It's cliche but its true, girls do come with a lot of baggage. I do pack a lot of things just for a week but every know and then when I get bored, I like to play around with different makeup looks.

My travel makeup bags are just this clear set of 3 from Primark. They come in 3 different sizes which makes it perfect for travel as you can divide them into makeup, hair and body. There's a lot of products so I'm just going to say as little as I can. I have my pizza, the music's playing and my cats laying next to me so lets get into it.

Starting with the everyday makeup bag, I have...

Benefits Porefessional primer - This is my favourite primer, I use this every day to hide my pores and help my makeup stay in place.

No7 Stay perfect foundation - This foundation I've purchased over and over! It matches my skin perfectly so I don't risk it by getting a different one.

Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow - This contour and highlight set is great for traveling, it comes with a handy mirror and makes the skin look flawless.

Sleek blush by 3 palette - This is my go to blush palette as it has a range of pink, red and orange that are intensely pigmented, some matte and some shimmery. Including shades 'Crochet', 'guipure' and 'chantilly'.

Collection lasting perfection concealer - This is my third bottle I absolutely love this concealer.

Fit me powder - This powder has lasted me for so long. Its not a product I love but it does a good job as a powder.

Archery 2-in-1 brow pencil - I have this in the shade 'hot chocolate' which matched my hair perfectly. Its really quick and easy to use and turns my caterpillars into butterflies (metaphorically speaking).

Maybelline brow drama sculpting brow mascara - This product puts the finishing touches to my brows making them match my hair and stay all day long.

Lorac behind the scenes eye primer - I love this product, it has high coverage so it hides any veins or dark circles around the eyes.

Maybelline 24hr colour tattoo eyeshadow - I have this in the shade 'on and on bronze' and 'pink gold'. They make the perfect base to eye makeup but look pretty on their own anyway.

Lorac pro palette - This is my go to palette, it has natural tones and some darker tones.

Urban decay naked 2 palette - I like to use this palette whenever I'm dressing up because it has a lot of dark and shimmery colours.

Laura Mercier longwear creme eye pencil - In the shade 'Viloet' which is a deep purple/blue.

Mac eye kohl - I have this in the shade 'teddy' which is perfect for lining the eyes without being to heavy.

Cynthia Rowley crayon eyeliner - I use this to tight line as it makes your eyes look bigger. Its a really deep black so it makes it look like your wearing mascara when your not.

Benefits Bad gal lash mascara - I love all of Benefit's mascaras, I have 'they're real' and 'roller lash' as well but I have 'bad gal' in travel size so its probably best to take that one.

Mac lipsticks - In the shades 'Modesty' and 'Creme d' nude'.

Bobbi Brown lipstick - In the shade 'Tawny pink'.

Model co lip lacquer - In the shade 'viva' which is a peachy pink.

Rimmel london lip liner - I have this in the shade 'eastend snob' which suits my skin colour really well and its definitely my favourite lip liner.

Pixi shea butter lip balm - I have the shade 'honey nectar' that goes really well with the rimmel lip liner and its so moisturising!

Catherine Malandrino travel size perfume - This smells so, so, so nice! I love this scent, I wish I bought it in the bigger size.

...And lastly, a hair tie, a load of makeup brush's and my beauty blender.

READY-TO-WEAR A/W15: NIGHT X DAY

Hi everyone! As you all know, I'm a lover of watching the newest catwalks. I recently came across this brand called 'Night x Day' and I became immediately obsessed. Their latest A/W15 collection featured a lot of camel, leather and oversized pieces. Practically listing all the things I love to have in my wardrobe.

The outfits look really effortless yet put together. Definitely something I would wear. The two outfits that stood out to me the most were 1) featured a large, oversized camel coat and 2) featured a leather jacket, hat and blue denim blouse. The first outfit I would wear to town as its very casual and clean. The second outfit, I think is a mix of Kendall Jenner and Johnny Depp, its very tailored but the oversized blouse makes it look effortless and masculine. Something both Jenner and Depp would be caught wearing.

MARCH FAVOURITES

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to be doing my March favourites. I realised I have been lacking on blog posts lately and there is a reason for that. I've had a very busy week, starting of with a photography exam and a trip to university. Also I went shopping Thursday and Friday to get some bits for a party I was going to. And then finally, once the party had finished I ended up sleeping round my friends house and having a lazy day. Anyway, I'm going to be sharing with you all of my beauty favourites, my music favourites, my clothing favourites and my random favourites! Basically all my favourites from this month.

So I'm going to start off with my beauty favourites, and the first is this 'Bobbi Brown Eye Makeup  Remover'. I recently ran out of makeup remover wipes, so I was rummaging through my draws when I found this. All you do is put some off the makeup remover on a cotton pad and wipe it all over your face. It removes the makeup so quickly and easily although it does leave behind a thick layer of makeup remover, so its best to wash your face afterwards. But other than that, I absolutely love it.

My next beauty favourite is the 'Dead sea bath salt by Serenity Skincare'. I use this in all of my baths because it just makes them really nice and relaxing. I prefer to scatter them in my bath but you can also use it like an exfoliator and rub them on your skin. You get a lot of product for only £9.50 so I really recommend trying them.

Moving on to my clothing favourites, the first is this 'Underwear set from Victoria's Secret'. The sports bra and knickers both have the black band on them saying 'pink' and there both grey. I get a lot of wear out of these because there so comfy. I couldn't find them online so I got them in store and I think they both cost £19 each.

Another clothing favourite is this 'green bomber jacket from Topshop'. I wear this everyday because I'm so obsessed with it. Im not one for colour but this green goes really nicely with everything and it also has some black material on the wrists and neck to match my habit of wearing black. It cost £55 and I actually saved up my money to get it so I'm really glad I did!

My first and only random favourite this month is this little red notebook I got from Birchbox & Habitat. I carry this in my bag everywhere so that If i have something to remember, I can write it down.

I recently downloaded Netflix because I've been dying to watch 'Pretty Little Liars'! Ive only been watching it for 4 days and Ive already watched 65 episodes so far (Season 3 Episode 18). I've been completely hooked on it and I still don't know who A is? But, don't tell me!

And finally, I think I mentioned this album in my last monthly favourites because I'm totally obsessed. Its the 'Deadroses album by BlackBear'! I love, love, love BlackBear, there music is just perfect for me. I love every song in that album but I think my two favourites have to be '90210' and 'Dirty Laundry'. I would love to see them live but I don't think they play in the UK so if they are please let me know below!!

That is all my favourites for this month! Sorry I rambled on but like I said I've had a lot going on this month, with my birthday and college etc. But I hope you liked this post, give it a thumbs up and I'll talk soon. Big kiss! S.

JUICE PLUS+ REVIEW

Hi everyone! I was recently sent some capsules from Juice Plus+ to test out. Incase you don't know what Juice Plus+ is, it is a company that focus on maintaining a healthy body. Juice Plus help to reduce the gap between what you should eat and what you do eat everyday. They use quality ingredients in capsules to provide natural nutrients your body needs to be at its best.

If I'm honest with you, I am not a healthy person. I'll have the occasional salad but I prefer to snack on chocolate. So when Juice Plus contacted me I thought this might be a good idea, just to keep my body healthy. I wouldn't usually take any capsules that haven't been recommended by a doctor, so I did do a little research before hand and Juice Plus were really supportive and reassured me they're safe.

I was sent the Juice PLUS+ berry blend capsules that promote healthy hair, skin, nails, immune system, energy and metabolism. The capsules are full of a variety of berries such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and more. Like I said, the capsules looked scary at first but once started taking the capsules I got used to it really fast. After taking these capsules for a week, I started to feel a lot more lively. Im not sure whether that makes sense but before taking them I just felt so tired and weak all the time where as now its the opposite. One major advantage of taking the capsules was that I was drinking water everyday to help get them down. And, we all know that drinking water is good for your skin as well as your body.

If your interested in getting some capsules of your own or just want to know some more about the company visit www.juiceplus.com. These capsules are suitable for all ages as they use all natural ingredients. They also do meals and shakes so if your looking to improve your health, loose weight or gain muscle I recommend checking them out. Big kiss! S.
