BEAUTY & SKINCARE FAVOURITES
Hi everyone! 2014 is coming to an end and in only a few hours it will officially be 2015. Where has the time gone? This year has definitely been the best, I went on holiday to Cyprus, I started college, I finally started a blog that has reached 1000 followers and I've discovered a lot of amazing products. In fact, I've discovered so many amazing products that I'm having to do two separate parts.
My first skincare favourite is the very popular Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. I got this very recently so I'm not going to say anything about it just yet, I'm going to leave that for a review later on. But so far its looking very promising.
The second favourite is something I got last christmas. It is the Pepta-bright brightening cream from indeed. I only bought this because everyone was going crazy about it but i think it was totally worth the hype not to mention the money.
I absolutely love this next favourite, its lasted me all year and I'm hoping to get it again. Its the Origins drink up intensive overnight mask. It feels so nice once you've applied it and it drys really quickly so you don't have to worry about sticking to your pillow.
My last skincare favourite is a very recent discovery. It is the Body Shop's Early-harvest Raspberry Body Butter. I can't put into words how good this smells, not to mention how nice it feels on the skin (currently applying it). It smells a lot like those Raspberry yoghurts you get given as a child but really, really like it! It says on the packaging that the smell lasts for 24 hours and I totally agree.
The first hair-related favourite I discovered very early on in the year, after hearing about it on youtube. Of course, I wanted to try it out so I did and it has been my number 1 hair product ever since. Its the Toni & Guy Sea Salt Texturising Spray. I use it whenever I'm trying to achieve a messy hair look or to give my hair some texture so I can style it.
Another product I've been loving since the start of the year is the Collection Perfection Concealer. I've purchased this over and over. Concealers something I like to keep the same so this one has been my trusty 2014 concealer.
I've been loving two lipsticks this year! The first one is Bobbi Brown's Creamy matte lip colour in Tawny Pink and the second one is, Mac's Creme'd nude. Both of these colours are gorgeous as well as moisturising on the lips.
Another Mac product I've been loving is the Eye Kohl in Teddy. I've used it in all my makeup looks, I think it definitely finishes of the look.
This next product i chose instead of my Naked 2 palette because I use it all the time. I use it not only on my eyes but on my eyebrows as well. It is the Urban Decays Naked Basics Palette. It has so many nice colours, perfect for everyday. I really recommend this product.
The last makeup product contains 6 products of which I all love. It is the Bronze of champions box set from Benefit. I only got this recently but I'm so, so happy with it and i thought it deserved to be in my favourites.
The next product I got from my holiday in Cyprus. It is my all time favourite nail polish. Its this pastel pink/white from Cairuo. I've never heard of the brand but I think its big in Cyprus.
